Letsy provides tools for landlords to list properties, communicate with potential tenants, and manage leads. You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Not use the platform for illegal purposes

2. Your Account

You're responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Listings & Content

You retain ownership of your listings but grant Letsy a license to use, display, and distribute them on your behalf across third-party platforms. You must not post false, misleading, or unlawful content.

4. Document Verification Services

Letsy App Ltd provides automated document verification services using artificial intelligence technology to assist landlords in tenant screening. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Automated Processing: Documents are processed using AI technology including optical character recognition (OCR) and machine learning algorithms
• Data Processing: Uploaded documents may be converted between formats (e.g., PDF to image) for analysis purposes
• Accuracy Limitations: While our AI systems are sophisticated, automated verification results should be considered as guidance only and may require manual review
• Right to Rent Compliance: Landlords remain responsible for ensuring compliance with UK Right to Rent legislation
• Data Retention: Verification results are stored securely for audit purposes and may be retained as required by law
• Manual Review: Some documents may be flagged for manual review by qualified personnel

Tenants consent to document processing when submitting verification requests. All document processing complies with UK data protection laws.

5. Fees

Letsy charges a listing fee as clearly shown before publishing your ad. No hidden fees apply. All payments are non-refundable once the ad is published.

6. Platform Availability

We strive for 24/7 uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or modify the platform at any time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abuse, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Letsy App Ltd is not liable for direct or indirect losses from use of the platform, including tenant disputes, missed enquiries, inaccurate listings, or automated document verification results. Document verification services are provided as guidance only and do not replace professional due diligence.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
